Can I order online for pick-up in-store?Updated a month ago
We’re sorry, but orders placed directly on rhoback.com cannot be picked up in-store, as our systems are separate.
However, our retail team can help hold gear for you for in-store pickup. Just give them a call at 434-218-4163, or email at [email protected], and they’ll be happy to assist!
If the item is available in-store:
- We’ll set it aside for you to pay for and pick up in-store, it’s easy as that!
- We’ll hold the item for one day. If it’s not picked up and paid for within that window, it will be restocked.
If the item isn’t available in-store, the team can either help you place an order for delivery to your home, or you can purchase on rhoback.com.
