How can I return a gift?Updated a month ago
Got a gift that’s not quite your style or fit? We’ve got you covered.
If you have the original receipt, just bring the item into the store. We’ll help you exchange it or issue store credit. Just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached. You can also return it online via our gift returns portal here.
No receipt? No problem! We can still help. Just provide the full name and email of the person who gifted it to you, and we’ll do our best to locate the order in our system for a return or exchange.
Can’t find the order? If we’re unable to locate the original purchase but the item is in original condition with tags, we can still offer store credit for the current value of the gear.
Any products marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for Return or Exchange. Final sale items will be marked clearly on the product tags and will be verified at check out.
