What is your Holiday Return/Exchange Policy?Updated a month ago

If you purchase during the Holiday season (November 1st – December 25th), we offer an extended return window. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of purchase from our retail store. We offer:

  • Full refunds to the original payment method
  • Store Credit
  • Size swaps (for the same item)   

Just make sure the item is unworn and unwashed with original tags attached and have your original receipt. 

Can’t make it back to the store? No worries, you can start your return online! Just click here to kick off the process. You’ll need your Order Number and the email used at checkout; you can find your order number at the top of your receipt. Just a heads up: online return policies will apply if you choose to return online, you can read further on this here.

Any products marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for Return or Exchange. Final sale items will be marked clearly on the product tags and will be verified at check out.
